Shipments and returns


The shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination and the item(s) in your cart (dimensions and weight). You can be assured that you will be given the best possible shipping rates at all times, as our website is instantly updated with real-time information from all our carriers when you proceed to checkout. In most cases, there will be multiple shipping options for you to compare and choose from.

Depending on destination we may be able to offer tracking information upon request (contact us through contact form using the email you used when ordering and ask us for tracking information). We will get back to you as soon as possible and tell you the current status if we are able to.

Please note that although we try to dispatch your order within the same business day as you placed it, it may take up to two business days for us to deliver it to the carrier you chose at checkout.

Prices are listed excluding VAT, so if you live in the EU, these will be added to your order on the checkout page. If you live in the United States and order for more than $850 (including shipping costs), customs may be applied and we are not responsible for this.

Warranty and Returns

All products come with two years warranty from the delivery date. If there are any issues with your product within this timeframe, please contact us.

Please note, our warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by negligence, hits, misuse, tampering, wrong voltage or installation, or wear and tear.
- In the case of computer products, the warranty does not cover virus removal, software recovery for this reason or hard disk reinstallation after formating.
